There will be no refunds 

Processing Times 

1. Bundles: 5-7 days 

2. Normal lace: 7-15 days 

3. HD/ Film lace: 12-17 days 

4. If your order need to make Color plus 3-5 days

Notice: (Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays). Please keep in mind, you will not receive any updates on your order while it's being processed. After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.

Shipping Times

Shipping times will vary between 3-5 days depending on the carrier.

After an order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.  

 

Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If package is return, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
